Job Title: Payroll Clerk 5-10 yrs experience (no less/no more)

Pay Rate: DOE $26-30 per hour ($31-32 for a Rockstar- culture fit/checks all the boxes)
Schedule: M - F, 8-5

Duties:
50% Payroll, 50% Accounting
Cross train in payroll and accounting
Accounting: Reconciliation, Journal Entries
Prevailing Wage is a plus
To perform a variety of payroll functions and construction certified payroll reporting for up to 450 ee
• Enter and audit payroll information on a Daily basis, for Exempt and Non-Exempt Employees.
• Process, monitor and audit multiple daily time keeping/Accounting systems.
• Prepare weekly certified payroll reports/non-Performances and distribute, as required.
• Index all completed payroll records and file.
• Process New Hires and update all systems accordingly.
• Responsible for processing termination checks.
• Sort and file dailies/timesheets.
• Collect missing signatures on timesheets.
• Complete audit request as needed.
• Download and distribute Man Hour reports weekly.
• Update Job Cost reports and reconcile as needed.
REQUIRED:
1. Advanced Excel- Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUps, Charts
2. Construction and certified payroll exp is PREFERRED
3. 5-9 years of payroll experience
